Call the Meeting to Order
Fraser Hamilton Sr called a meeting of the board of directors of Menlo Park Academy Governing Board to order on Wednesday Aug 9, 2017 at 6:05 PM.
II. Executive Session

Executive Session
Fraser Hamilton Sr made a motion to enter into Executive Session to consider the employment of a public employee.
Richard Hronek seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

New Hire
Richard Hronek made a motion to authorize Fraser Hamilton to enter into negotiations to fill the Operations Manager position with the salary not to exceed $50,000.
Cathie Leimbach seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
B.
Health Insurance Renewal
Fraser Hamilton Sr made a motion to approve the renewal of the Wells Fargo employee benefits insurance proposal for 2017-2018.
Richard Hronek seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Fraser Hamilton Sr made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:23 pm.
Richard Hronek seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
