Call the Meeting to Order

Teri Harrison called a meeting of the Enrollment Growth Committee of Menlo Park Academy Governing Board to order on Tuesday Apr 14, 2026 at 5:12 PM.

Approve Minutes

Sam Sherwood made a motion to approve the minutes from Enrollment Growth Committee on 02-10-26.
Teri Harrison seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

II. Goal Review

OKR / Goal Review

Reviewed draft committee report.

III. Reporting Metrics

A.

KG Enrollment

Discussed the progress on the KG enrollment KRA. Tier 1 preschools/daycares getting 2nd/3rd touchpoints. KG pipeline playbook complete. Timing change for testing has decreased no-shows and improved results.

B.

Full Enrollment

Discussed progress on Full enrollment KRA. EGOP will be fully updated for SY26-27. Branding refresh in process. CRM implementation in process. Transportation option available. Need to survey parents to gauge interest.

C.

Student Retention

Discussed progress on Student retention KRA. Only 5 students remain undeclared. Summer retention plan in development.
