Twana Rogers called a meeting of the Development Committee of Menlo Park Academy Governing Board to order on Tuesday Sep 16, 2025 at 5:26 PM.

Fundraising Goal Update
D. Zeffren discussed the progress being made toward winter benefit. MPA is on target with executing the development plan.
IV. FY26 Fundraising Plans

FY26 Development Plan progress
Discussed monthly tracking of development goal on a monthly basis. Read a thon, Stoller fundraiser and Winter benefit plans being executed.

Volunteer Committee structure
Discussed ideas to build out volunteer team and leadership on board committees. Will have further discussion with leadership on teams. Further discussion on free and reduced family support and volunteerism
