Please find attached a copy of the approved ninth grade proposal for your review as well as the list of courses that the board approved for the 2017-18  school year.

The committee will discuss the implementation of all programs and activities at Menlo including activities, strategies and results of the "discipline"  plan, the Program Guide directive about social and emotional development and plans for the future. Please find attached articles, one of which is an interesting take on the relationship between collecting data about student behavior and charting program response. What do we need to have a well rounded program to support social and emotional development? Do we need to think about staffing to implement? What types of PD do teachers need to implement?

Program Excellence

Discuss each task and what we need that will provide assurance of the status and /or task completion.

Recently Elective classes for K to 4 were canceled because of lack of volunteers to implement. We need to discuss the intent of the electives and how their implementation was designed and then offer ideas for implementation.
