  • April financials
  • Discussed revenue and expenses
  • FY 25 budget to be presented at next meeting; all directors to attend
  • Review policies for risk mitigation
  • KLS loan
  • Participate in KLS bond
  • Match academics to current resources
  • Ladonna Johnson presented salary comparisons
  • BOD asked Johnson to compile a wishlist
