G. Fortes called a meeting of the Governance Committee of Alma del Mar to order on Monday Jun 17, 2024 at 10:00 AM.

Approve Minutes
G. Fortes made a motion to approve the minutes from Governance Committee Meeting on 05-24-24.
D. Prentiss seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

- Discussed scheduling meetings with prospective new trustees
- Will vote on new trustees at October meeting

- Reviewed final Board meeting dates for 2024-2025
- Planned follow up with committee chairs to ensure committee meeting dates are confirmed by August
