Call the Meeting to Order
J. Korn called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Alma del Mar to order on Monday Nov 27, 2023 at 9:03 AM.

Approve Minutes from October 2023 Committee Meeting
J. Korn made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 10-20-23.
A. Teevens seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
II. Academic Excellence

Quarter 1 Academic Data Review

Finalize Goals for AY23-24
J. Korn proposed the following goals for the committee.
1. Partner with the school leadership team to address challenges associated with identified performance gaps.
2. Collaborate with the Finance committee and the Development committee on program funding
and new program fundraising, respectively.
3. Assist School leadership team and the Board on implementing the School’s Racial Equity,
Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) plan.
L. Hicks made a motion to vote to approve the goals. J. Korn seconded. Motion approved.
