New Board Members
G. Fortes will send E. Darrow the resumes of two new potential Board members. Both will be joining the Board at the annual meeting.
T. DeLoach has a former parent who may be a good candidate to join the advisory council.

New Board Chair Transition Process
J. Baptist informed the Committee that D. Prentiss has joined the weekly meetings with the Executive Director.

Review Board Demographics
Once new Trustees are added, the Committee will review the updated data.

Review Slate for Annual Meeting
The Committee updated the Annual Slate

Committee Goals 2023-2024
Academic Excellence has requested an extra month to review the Committee goals now that J. Korn has joined the Committee.

Board Orientation Survey Results
The Committee reviewed the survey results.

2023 Official Accountability Report
E. Darrow presented Alma's 2023 Accountability Report.

Annual Meeting Agenda Planning
The Committee discussed the planning for next week's annual meeting.
