Call the Meeting to Order
C. Holley called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Alma del Mar to order on Friday Mar 17, 2023 at 11:30 AM.

Approve Minutes
P. Ditchfield made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 02-17-23.
J. McDonough seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 12:00 PM.

C. Fisher presented Budget Highlights to Committee. T. DeLoach summarized staffing and salary changes proposed in the budget. P. Ditchfield questioned the significant increase in Facility/Maintenance costs. M. Marko addressed the rising costs of services and supplies.
Draft Budget will be presented to Board at the 3/24 meeting. Board is scheduled to vote on FY24 Budget at the April meeting, C. Fisher will attend the meeting to address any questions.
