Approve October 2021 Annual Meeting Minutes
G. Fortes made a motion to approve the minutes from Board of Trustees Annual Meeting on 10-29-21.
I. Almeida seconded the motion.

C. Arnold made a motion to accept the proposed slate of officers.
M. Bride seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
