Approve Minutes from November 2021

V. Brown made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 11-19-21.
I. Almeida seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. Academic Excellence

A.

General Check-In

K. Goldrick provided updates on the program, including: 

  • Scholar and staff attendance
  • Staffing shifts & coverage plans 
  • Current vacancies 
  • Campus updates 
  • Math and Science curriculum and instructional support for Q3-Q4

B.

Plan for upcoming meetings

K. Goldrick and A. Teevens will prepare updates on Q2 data, the OSE grant, and staffing updates.
