Call the Meeting to Order
C. Arnold called a meeting of the Development Committee of Alma del Mar to order on Thursday Mar 14, 2019 at 9:00 AM.

Approve minutes
C. Ozcan made a motion to approve minutes from the Development Committee on 02-15-19 Development Committee on 02-15-19.
S. See seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Fundraising Goals
We discussed the $10M goal for a 3-year campaign, with $8M being raised in the first two years.

Kick-Off Event
We're planning a large celebration at the Kempton school for mid-May, dependent on the approval of all pieces of the new neighborhood model.
-Brief press conference to announce the project and introduce Taylor as the founding principal
-Transition to a large neighborhood block party complete with bouncy house, DJ, food, face painting, etc
-Invite the entire neighborhood, local and state political leaders
