Call the Meeting to Order
J. Baptist called a meeting of the board of trustees of Alma del Mar to order on Friday Oct 26, 2018 at 9:00 AM.

Approve Minutes
C. Arnold made a motion to approve minutes from the Board of Trustees on 09-28-18 Board of Trustees on 09-28-18.
B. Cunningham seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Approval of 2018 Slate
M. Kay made a motion to approve the 2018 slate of Board of Trustees.
D. Eckert seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

D. Eckert made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
J. Polk seconded the motion.
The board VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
