Call the Meeting to Order
C. Bator called a meeting of the Academic Excellence Committee of Alma del Mar to order on Friday Jun 12, 2026 at 9:30 AM.

Approve Minutes from May 2026 Meeting
C. Bator made a motion to approve the minutes from Academic Excellence Committee Meeting on 05-14-26.
M. Moore seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

II. Academic Excellence
A.
Academic Updates
A. Teevens provided an update from the Experiential Learning Sub-Committee, sharing the resources that they committee has assembled so far and next steps to coordinate with Director of Operations. A. Teevens shared that SDO Progress Reporting is happening by July 31 and the committee will review the progress report in the fall. A. Teevens shared plans for Extended School Year programming, as well as other general planning for AY26-27.

Committee Logistics
Committee will reconvene in the fall. Dates will be confirmed once Board and Committee calendar is shared.
