Secondary Schools Update
N. Conception presented the data and headlines from this year's secondary schools process. The committee discussed some changes to the application process for NBHS Honors Program and the increased number of students applying to independent schools. N. Conception also reviewed the pilot program following alumni into high school.

Charter Renewal and Teacher Qualification updates
K. Goldrick updated the committee that while there is no formal update regarding the charter renewal application, a summary of review has been sent to DESE. K. Goldrick sent J. Korn an email from teacher qualification updates from Libby that was sent after the meeting.
D.
Committee Logistics
J. Korn reminded the committee that there is no meeting in February, so our next scheduled meeting will be in March. If the charter renewal application findings require a meeting in February we will reach out to schedule that.

The committee approved the three goals for this year with the understanding that they would be revisited following the results of the charter renewal application findings in February.
