Proposal: Facilitate Board discussion about 2019 Accountability Report.

GOALS:
The committee will develop an Academic Dashboard and timeline for updating the Board on key academic milestones during the school year. 

The committee will identify 3 meetings throughout the Board calendar to include "institutes" for the Board  about various parts of the academic program.
