	C.	Should the Finance Chair serve on the Foundation board?
		Both the Finance Committee and members of the Foundation Board have discussed stipulating (by possibly amending bylaws of either/both entities) that the Chair of the Finance Committee also serve on the Board of the Alma Foundation. The argument for this is to create more seamless communication between these related entities. One argument against this idea is that the Foundation needs to remain independent of the Board of Trustees. This could be mitigated if the majority of other Foundation trustees are not current School Trustees.
