School Directors' Report
N. Bullock presented on the K-5 charter renewal timeline with an AUSD vote occurring on 11/27/18. She also presented on year-end celebrations, events, and wrap-up. W. Williams presented on the 8th grade graduation ceremony, follow-up with students transitioning to high school, and hiring.
B.
Executive Director Report
M. Huxley presented on the organization areas of focus for 2018-19, new hires and key staffing additions, and the staff & family recruitment video.
C.
Feedback on General Marketing Plan's Foundational Components
M. Huxley presented on the marketing and communication plan for 2018-19. The Marketing Working Group will put forward a plan and bring back to the Board in early Fall.

The Board discussed theExecutive Director's evaluation data from the Board survey. Carole Robie and Que Chu were tasked with creating a memo that summarized the Board's recommendations to the Executive Director regarding his 2018/19 goals.
