EC Section 35256 requires the governing school board of each school district to "develop and cause to be implemented" a SARC for each school within their district in which to report school conditions provided in EC Section 33126. To "develop and cause to be implemented" is to "approve." Once the SARC is approved, it will be posted on the State of California's SARC website by the February 1, 2026 deadline as required.
