C. Billings called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Arco Iris Spanish Immersion School to order on Wednesday Mar 13, 2024 at 6:00 PM.

Approve Meeting Minutes
A. Nelson made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 11-08-23.
Y. Jones seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

Financial Statement review

Budget
- New updated rates from state - Large increase
- Able to give staff a 5% COLA increase
- Discussed family contribution rate - recommend to board increase to $1,000.00
- Decrease in curriculum
- Add in amount for J1 teacher expenses to budget
- Before/After School Care - increase 3%
- Waiting for new numbers from state at month end

- Quickbooks options, Tonya to set up
- Let PTO we know we need price list and items.
