Call the Meeting to Order
E. Hatch called a meeting of the Development Committee of Arco Iris Spanish Immersion School to order on Thursday May 11, 2023 at 6:32 PM.

Approve Minutes: 3/9/23
C. Billings made a motion to approve the minutes from Development Committee Meeting on 03-09-23.
S. Zephirin seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

- Reviewed grant spreadsheet and current needs.
- Sarah and Erin to do some more research on grants currently listed. Mike B. is open to helping if we give him more direction on what to do.
- Elise suggested reviewing websites of other schools to see where their donations come from

Community Relations/PR
- Charter School Capital provided us a list of preschools to market to. Christa to connect with them on ideas for marketing tools
- Best to focus on Niche reviews
- Erin following up with Jessica on library action items
- Erin to reach out to Amy Velazquez about any insight on Chamber of Commerce

Fundraising thermometer is updated and sent out thru Parent Square. At around 60% of our $300,000 goal. This includes the auction numbers. We are still significantly under where we need to be based on the budget.
