Call the Meeting to Order
E. Hatch called a meeting of the Development Committee of Arco Iris Spanish Immersion School to order on Tuesday Mar 10, 2026 at 6:21 PM.

Approve Minutes: November 2025
II. Development
A.
Fundraising Gap and Goals
- Christa continues to head up the Auction. Communication went out recently for ticket purchases.
- Fundraising totals seem consistent with years past. At $144,000 raised so far this school year.
B.
Grants
- In transition to a new outreach person with FundEd. Jesus had to cancel meeting this week, working to reschedule. Waiting on some draft grants.
C.
Community Relations/PR
- Parent Survey
- Jesus has completed translation for parent survey.
- Julie made a few edits since our meeting a few weeks. Jesus to share with Erin and Sarah for review before sharing with Board.
- Add Parent Survey under Development section at next Board meeting
- Luis is actively working on Arco birthday celebration at end of April

- Sarah to connect with Christa about approving meeting minutes
