Fundraising goal for '23-24 is $315,00. We meet this goal through community giving, Move-a-thon, and Auction.  Playground fundraising is separate from this goal.

Research grants, review grants for eligibility, and apply for grants in coordination with administration (giving ample lead time to school administrators, enabling parent volunteers)

1. Support and develop marketing strategies to further the sustainability of the school (exp: Improving the school website, regular communication to the school community about the gap fund, etc) 

2. Build and develop relationships with local business and government officials. (exp: Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, Beaverton City Parade, etc)*

• Review any community relations work in progress, and any needs for the current school year
• Any needs for preschool outreach?  A PTO member suggested we reach out to area Headstart programs with our information.  Sarah Z is happy to help generate a list of those programs from Hillsboro and Beaverton.
