T. Tate called a meeting of the Executive Committee Committee of Athlos Jefferson Parish to order on Wednesday Mar 12, 2025 at 4:06 PM.

- We have Family complaint, Staff grievances, Request for public records procedures - how are these being communicated? How frequently? How widely is it known? Ease of use/access to information on website.

- Who is our spokesperson for each topic

Master Service Agreement
Dr. Bressler presented an updated draft of the MSA for review. Committee members asked a few clarification questions.
Dr. Bressler stated he would share the draft copy for the committee member to review and edit.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:56 PM.

Dr. Bressler reviewed the action plan suggested in the Notice of Concern and asked for feedback from the committee members.
The committee agreed to move forward with the action plan and bring the Notice of Concern next step of a vote to the April board meeting. All members agreed to waive the minimum of 30 days before taking to the board for a vote, so we will vote at the April 2nd board meeting.
