- Chris Brooks gave overview of the budget process

Determine timeline and next steps for budget approval
- Keep public review April 3rd and plan to approve May 1st.

- Discussed the process. Decided that SMS would approve checks going forward. May need to amend policy.

- Agreed that we would bring the voting matter to the board
