Tom shared that he will be leaving Athlos for another opportunity.

Bond Presentation
Rich introduced the HJ Simms team.
Shannon shared the Plan of Finance (purchase price, lease agreement, assumptions, financials moving forward, etc.). They explained the various terms available- 5 year, 10 year, etc.
Rich shared why HJ Simms is a good choice for AAJP for bonding. He then explained next steps. (See presentation document attached to agenda)

Tom shared a brief review of the audit report. Assets are up. Grants have increased.
Some findings: Audit adjustments (catching up on grants, so adjustments were made); Lack of back up some credit card receipts; submission of audit reports were outside of window, even though an extension was granted.
