Will plan a run through on the first Monday of December to practice the presentation.
Dr. Bressler shared an overview of the BOY Framework for the Principal Goals that he and Ms. Harrison development in collaboration. He asked committee members for any edits or additions. Mr. McCoy asked about prioritizing the goals as it is likely we can only make significant gains in the top 2-3 in one year. Dr. Holmes asked for specific examples of the smaller goals in each category for this year.
Committee members felt they were very thorough goals.
