A. Volpe made a motion to approve the minutes from Board Development & Governance Committee Meeting on 03-03-21.

BOT handbook has been posted on Board on Track. There a few minor details to
be filled in but the Handbook is available as a reference to anyone who wants
additional information on the Bridge Prep BOT.

Review of By-Laws
Continuing discussion as to aligning the Charter, the BOT By-laws
and the Family Association By-laws. Changes need to be made to the
BOT By-laws addressing the Family Assn. member voting status and
the term of office for Family Assn. member.
