Call the Meeting to Order
L. Timoney called a meeting of the Executive Committee Committee of Bridge Preparatory Charter School to order on Tuesday Jun 30, 2020 at 7:33 AM.

Chair Welcome
R. Kerr welcomed all and gave an overview for the meeting to discuss the Executive Director's evaluation. This was a learning experience to grow together. The committee will share areas that were done well and areas for growth with the ED. Laurel will now take over.

L. Timoney made a motion to go into Executive Session.
L. Gyimesi seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
