L. Timoney called a meeting of the Board Development & Governance Committee Committee of Bridge Preparatory Charter School to order on Wednesday Feb 13, 2019 at 6:42 PM.

Approve Minutes
L. Timoney made a motion to approve minutes from the Board Development & Governance Committee Meeting on 01-16-19 Board Development & Governance Committee Meeting on 01-16-19.
L. Gyimesi seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Board Development & Governance
A.
Discuss Recruiting
We have three new board members to propose at the Board meeting - Matthew Langella, Frank Santarpia and Amy Margolis.
B.
Board On Track Training
Hold on training discussion until new board members are approved in March.
III. Other Business
A.
Board Recruitment Event
T. Castanza was offered a spot for Bridge Prep at the Harvard Club's Non-Profit Board Recruiting event in April. They will give us a table at no cost.

L. Timoney made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
L. Tobacco seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
