Call the Meeting to Order
L. Timoney called a meeting of the Board Development & Governance Committee Committee of Bridge Preparatory Charter School to order on Wednesday Nov 14, 2018 at 6:40 PM.
II. Board Development & Governance
A.
Review Board Member Reports & Discuss Recruiting
LT shared with LW the printouts from Board on Track to help with our recruiting and to assess board member strengths/deficits. LT also shared a few backgrounds of potential board candidates or sources she will be speaking with.
B.
Hiring Committee
We will raise at Board meeting the need to establish a hiring committee.
C.
Board On Track Training
We will discuss at Board Meeting to ensure everyone is using BOT properly and see what their needs are.
D.
Set Committee Goals
Since L. Tobacco was not in attendance, we will table until next meeting

Adjourn Meeting
L. Gyimesi made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
L. Timoney seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 6:57 PM.
