Board member Jennifer Sammartino-Mallen is attending via videoconference from a location not posted on the public meeting notice/agenda and therefore not open to the public; she is therefore not considered to be in attendance for purposes of quorum and is not permitted to vote. QUORUM IS MET FOR THIS MEETING.
