1.  Assessments:  Acadience:  Being administered currently, measures individual reading levels (LEXILE), useful for informing CSE, library reorganizing and resource use; MAP testing in progress; MAP data indicating progress over time, grades 1-5 will be presented at next BOT meeting. 

2.  IXL program being utilized as classroom tool to lend practice and reinforce skills already learned. Staff will require training to make it a uniform classroom tool and its alignment to HMH and OG.

3.  Teacher Observations:  Trends identified are: rigor in questioning, lesson completion and pacing in ELA period; need to examine the structured literacy period with staff understanding its purpose, Danielson: domain 3B, 3C. Use of data to inform groupings and assignments in tiered groups.  (Danielson- Domain 1). Math block lessons are being completed.  

4.  Staff focus groups, now mid-year, being conducted.  A second round will be scheduled in late spring.

5.  NYSED debrief with staff to be conducted during PD Day on January 16th.

6.  Academic dashboard:  what will BOT see during January meeting? Demographics? OG data? MAP?
