RECAP of TOPICS DISCUSSED on 06/08/22:

• NYS Education Commissioner and Regent Cea visited Bridge on June 6, 2022. Visit very successful. Future plans for possible Pre-K and K expansion mentioned by Commissioner as feasible, as well as partnerships with colleges for staff recruitment. 
• NYSED Mid-Term Review discussed.  Successful visit; awaiting NYSED report.
• OG and F&P and MAP data will be presented in June to BOT.
• New math curriculum adopted. Planning, curriculum mapping and PD will take place over the summer/school start.
• Staff retention projected as almost 100%.  Recruitment for new teachers for articulating classes, in progress.
• PD and support will be provided for teachers in The Writing Revolution curriculum.
• Middle school articulation-collaboration with D 31 ongoing.
• Summer School plans finalized.
