Meeting Format
Whether in person or online, the public is welcome to attend Board Meetings and have access to meeting minutes. Meetings are held once a month and additionally, as determined by the Board Chair. All meeting Agendas are posted to the school website at least 48 hours in advance of each public meeting.

During the meeting, the Board follows the published agenda and works through business. Audience members are not part of the formal discussion or deliberations, but may raise their hand to add brief comment or ask clarifying questions. Meetings start promptly on time as noted on the agenda.

II. Finance

A.

FY2022 Budget to Actual, FY2023 Budget

Audit starts on Monday 8/8.  All documents have been submitted to the auditor's portal. Finishing up the year strong, received $1,179,641 in Transportation Reimbursement and $3,415,593 in Federal Grants.   Going into FY2023 Matt Y and Karen will work on projection plan

 

Added FY2022 Expenditures Staff end of year party, senior trip and Greenhouse for STEM project

 

 

B.

Budget Revision

Lesly present information regarding transferring funds within the Capital Plan to cover expenditures for the new ovens for food service and funds for redoing floors in the Applied Learning Center. 

III. Other Business

A.

Additional Discussion

Starting 9/2 we will have finance committee meetings the first Friday of each month from 7:45 AM - 9AM.

 

Karen will reach out to actuary to present at the 9/2 finance committee meeting

Sergio has asked that we have the information ahead of time.
