Meeting Format
Whether in person or online, the public is welcome to attend Committee Meetings and have access to meeting minutes. Meetings are held once a quarter and additionally, as determined by the Committee Chair. All meeting Agendas are posted to the school website at least 48 hours in advance of each public meeting.

During the meeting, the Committee follows the published agenda and works through business. Audience members are not part of the formal discussion or deliberations, but may raise their hand to add brief comment or ask clarifying questions. Meetings start promptly on time as noted on the agenda.

Susanna Girard called a meeting of the FRCS Foundation Inc Committee of Foxborough Regional Charter School to order on Thursday Apr 14, 2022 at 12:30 PM.

Heidi Berkowitz made a motion to Remove former FRCS Executive Director from board.

Susanna Girard seconded the motion.

The committee VOTED to approve the motion.

C. Community Engagement

Heidi confirmed Survey went out.

Kerry stated the results of the survey so far and will discuss further at next board meeting.

D. Short Term Project Planning

Amazon Smile: All set up on FRCS website!
Golf tournament: Nancy gave updates regarding the 25th anniversary theme, plans for reaching out to sponsors, and monies given for the Golf Tournament.
Back to School Carnival: Heidi has had no luck reaching EJ Dean with Fiesta Shows. She requested Kerry to try to get in touch with him. Kerry was able to speak with him, but was told he was in the car driving and would get back to her. She hasn't heard back and will reach out to him during school vacation week. Hopeful to still get a date for 2022 & 2023, but if not, will at least secure a date for 2023.
Giving Tuesday: Nov 2022 - TBD at a later date
25th Anniversary Event: Jan 2023
Taste of FRCS: March 2023 - Confirmed as a fundraiser for the Foundation. Kerry will reach out to Dana ( and Natalia) in hopes of coordinating this fundraiser with her cultural event. Will discuss further - venue to hold the event, date, participants
NEW suggestion - FRCS Talent Show - Discussed if this should be a student event or outside participant event - 'coffee house' type fundraiser.

E. Review "Fundraising Policy" for Handbook

Heidi needs more time.

Heidi Berkowitz made a motion to approve the minutes from FRCS Foundation Inc Committee Meeting on 03-30-22.
