Call the Meeting to Order

Susanna Girard called a meeting of the Appeals Committee of Foxborough Regional Charter School to order on Friday Jan 21, 2022 at 1:03 PM.

II. Scope of Committee

IN SCOPE

  • New Family Calls 
  • Personal Exit Interview Calls
  • Open House Structure (ES/MS/HS). 
    • NOTE: This year is virtual because of the observation of increased engagement last year. It will likely continue this way regardless of the pandemic.
  • Review demographics of our enrollment
  • Appeals should be heard by BOT's only due to compliance

MEMBERSHIP

  • Could be increased to add families in the communities and/or staff
    • Invite people after we have a clear message to share
  • Meetings would be held in July, October, January & April 

III. Closing Items

Adjourn Meeting

Kathleen Crawford made a motion to adjourn the meeting via roll call vote.
Heidi Berkowitz seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED to approve the motion.
