Updated sick policy to allow for rollover of 80 hours per year: 

Paid sick leave is available to all ARISE High School employees who work two (2) hours per week, and work for ARISE for at least thirty (30) days within the span of a single calendar year from the commencement of employment. Eligible employees shall accrue one (1) hour of sick time for every thirty (30) hours worked in accordance with local and state law. At the end of each work year, employees may carry over up to eighty (80) hours of accrued paid sick leave into the following work year. Although employees may continue to earn additional paid sick leave during the next work year, the maximum balance that may be carried over between work years at any time is limited to eighty (80) hours.
