The Governing Board meets monthly at 6:00 PM in the Superintendent's Conference Room in the Main Building. Dates are noted on the calendar. On May 12th, the finance committee will meet prior to the board meeting. This meeting will begin at 5:30 pm.
The Finance Committee meets monthly in advance of the regular board meeting to review financials.
The Student Affairs Committee receives monthly reports from campus leadership.

Profit and Loss
Finance committee would like to see which account is earning exactly what amount of interest per month. They would like for Kate to specify that when recording. Finance committee also discussed figuring in electronic payment charges when allowing parents to pay fees for activities online.

An additional $4,800 service will be charged annually to ADP for their HR program. This will allow BCCS to sync employee data with State Health seamlessly. Darryl and Kate found out that employee changes must be submitted in a coded document which requires a computer program.

COH was up to 130 days. There are some proposed changes to the CPF formula which are believed to beneficial to BCCS.

Facility Updates
The plans for the new multi-use gym building are on the procurement site and will be there until May 22nd. At that time, a called meeting will need to happen in order to award the bid. Land swap deal has been finalized and is waiting on the Governing Board to sign the Resolution.
