D. Alexander called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Elgin Math & Science Academy to order on Monday Jun 17, 2024 at 7:45 AM.

There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 AM.

Douglas DeJong led a presentation of the FY25 proposed Admin Budget as well as the FY25-29 projections. Committee members asked questions, and made suggestions about the following year projection presentations which Administration agreed to make: to add a sensitivity analysis for enrollment and PCTC levels, and to reduce assumed enrollment by 18 students between FY25 and FY26.
