D. Alexander called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Elgin Math & Science Academy to order on Tuesday Mar 21, 2023 at 8:00 AM.

K. Kelly made a motion to approve the minutes from Meeting of Finance & Operations Committee on 02-21-23.
A. Gray seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

Douglas DeJong presented the February 28, 2023 financial report, answering the Committee's questions.

Dan noted enrollment stood at 414 students, as certified in Quarter Four.

Dan discussed the highlights of the EMSA bond pricing, answering questions from the Committee.
Dan also reviewed recent developments with DCEO funding, the ISBE audit, and other operational matters.
