A.

COO report

D Alexander summarized his report on status of closing and construction.
He expects closing to be next week.
Construction on schedule on budget except: only significant unexpected cost is severe water damage on 2d floor, south side classroom.  Could be up to a $50K additional cost--only revealable after all materials removed.  Being bid by subs.  This cost will come out of owner contingency.
To date, a few small change orders (Lula, entry) offset by savings of painting pool ceiling (vs sandblasting).

The other buildings will also have asbestos management plans when complete.  C Flaherty and Tito trained along with D Alexander in asbestos management.
