O. Faruqi made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 12-12-25.
A. Scimeca seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.

The committee reviewed two proposals from auditing firms. Discussed other proposals to collect.
