The committee will discuss next steps in going forward with master planning and continue to define growth as it relates to excellence in the areas of finance, facilities, experience. This evening, the committee will be discussing the utilization of an advisory board.

During this work session, the committee will address timing of staff and space growth needed over the next five years. This plan will assist in master planning work as well as setting micro-level goals for the master planning committee.
