C. Losea reviewed annual benchmarks with members of the committee. BVP met all year end ratios.

Preview Amended Budget
C. Losea presented an amended budget for FY 24.

J. Almond made a motion to adjourn.
L. Stack seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
There being no further business to be transacted, and upon motion duly made, seconded and approved, the meeting was adjourned at 4:38 PM.
