Kyera Perry Board Member kperry@deltasteamacademy.org Kyera Perry is an Atlanta native who after her matriculation at Chamblee High School in 2009 left the city to attend college at Howard University in Washington, DC. While on campus she was involved with Golden Key Honor Society, Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society, National Council of Negro Women, and Georgia Club. Additionally she co-founded a mentoring organization called C.H.I.L.L. which stands for College Has Its Life Lessons ,in partnership with Upward Bound, assisting juniors and seniors in high school with the transition to college. This is also how her curiosity regarding entrepreneurship first came about. She obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Human Development graduating Summa Cum Laude and also obtained her M.Ed. the following year. In 2014, Kyera returned to Atlanta to teach elementary school in Atlanta Public Schools. After two years of teaching ,God began to pull Kyera in another direction. She began to have the curiosity again to start her own business. She took a leap of faith and transitioned into real estate knowing nothing about sales. She joined Keller Williams in 2017 and honestly the transition was very challenging, but she never gave up. In 2018, Kyera made up her mind to change her mindset and started Kyera Perry Realty LLC. After much prayer and consistency her business started to take off. She received the rising star award which really motivated her to keep going. She also began to help so many millennial first time buyers that she felt like she had to keep serving her community. Her business continued to grow and she founded her team Regal Realty Group. She also serves as a Productivity Launch Coach for Keller Williams Perimeter East. To date she has served over 100 families, sold over $30 million in volume, and is currently a Top 5% Producer. Her passion and drive is directly tied to the most rewarding aspect of her business which is being able to teach her clients how to build wealth through real estate and being able to help bridge the wealth gap amongst minorities. Most importantly, she gets to help thousands achieve something they thought was impossible. She gives all praise and glory to God for placing her on this incredible journey. In addition, Kyera is very involved with her church, Berean Christian Church as well as her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. In her free time she loves to travel, try new wines, and experience new restaurants.
