V. Thomas called a meeting of the board of directors of Liberation Academy to order on Tuesday May 19, 2026 at 7:22 PM.

SY26-27 Budget Hearing
- Enrollment budgeted at 185 in FY27; reflecting a steady improvement over the years and aligning with facility capacity.
- Projected ending cash balance of $448k by the end of FY27.
- Primary funding from state funding QBE. Salaries, benefits, and facilities continue to represent the largest portion of the budget.

Because a quorum was not present, no vote was taken. A follow-up meeting will be scheduled for voting.
