Call the Meeting to Order

C. Clark called a meeting of the board of directors of Liberation Academy to order on Tuesday Jun 10, 2025 at 6:00 PM.

II. Governance

SY25-26 Budget Hearing

Brian presented the Final version of the FY26 budget

  • No edits requested by board.
  • Board inquired about contingency plan for budget if enrollment is lower. 
    • Brian ensured that multiple scenarios were modeled and the budget still works.

Vote: SY25-26 Budget

C. Clark made a motion to Approve FY26 budget.
K. Scott seconded the motion.
The board VOTED to approve the motion.
