Purpose:

  • Inform the committee about exciting wins that demonstrate progress and a few challenges that frame our planning for SY27

Purpose:

 

  • We pose four strategic questions to help us refine our focus for the final Outcomes Committee Meeting of SY26 and to set up the committee and the school team for success in SY27.

Questions for Consideration:

 

  • Given the concentration of "Developing" teachers in the high school, what questions does the Board have about our current thinking reflected in the academic planning process?
  • The ML/SWD achievement gap is our clearest equity concern. What accountability structures does the Board want to see in place for tracking ML and SWD-specific outcomes in SY27?
  • We are deliberately narrowing to 3–4 SY27 priorities. Are there areas where the Board wants greater visibility before we finalize the plan in June?
  • Looking across the wins and challenges presented today, what is the single question you're carrying out of this meeting that you'd most want answered by the end of the year?
