Call the Meeting to Order
Jenna Daniels called a meeting of the Finance Committee of Bethany Community School to order on Thursday Oct 23, 2025 at 5:05 PM.

Approve Minutes
Jenna Daniels made a motion to approve the minutes from Finance Committee Meeting on 09-18-25.
Megan Coleman seconded the motion.
The committee VOTED unanimously to approve the motion.
II. Financial Update
A.
Review Monthly Financial Statements
Reviewed current budget.
B.
Review EOY 24/25
Reviewed audited financial statements for EOY June 30, 2025.
Independent Auditor's Report revealed no findings; will report at the next board meeting.
C.
Review Investments with Raymond James
Jenna Daniels made a motion to Recommend to the board in October, to invest cash into Raymond James brokerage accounts with the same allocation as before in January 2025.
Megan Coleman seconded the motion.

A.
Fiscal Procedures
Hope to have revised fiscal procedures ready by December.
B.
Admin Salaries
The finance committee reviewed possible changes to administrative salaries and how those potential changes would affect the budget.
